Welcome to my blog! Take a look around. Here you'll find recent posts of sneak peeks from sessions I have done, as well as contests and news.

Photography gives me a creative outlet and a way for me to freeze time. Time goes by even faster with a child, and photographing mine allows me to keep her small and with me forever.  God gave me the gift of photography. I share my gift of capturing and freezing time with others, and the thought of how I am able to do that for my clients, family, and friends  - makes me smile!

Baby Grace

9 day old Grace is such a special and beautiful baby girl! Her mommy and I are very close friends and I couldn’t have been more happy to take her pictures today!

Grace, however, was so excited about our photoshoot, that she didn’t want to miss anything and refused to sleep through it! Lucky for us, she caught a few winks right before her grandparents from Florida showed up to meet her for the first time! Congratulations, Matt and Liz. I love this baby girl and she’s so gorgeous. I look forward to watching her grow and taking many, many more pictures of sweet baby Grace!

January 25, 2009 - 7:13 pm Marilyn Dempsey - Oh Liz and Matt, she is gorgeous and so are the photos. How is the sleeping routine going. I felt so sorry for Laura after the initial 2 weeks of a quiet, mellow baby...she did a 360 and was crying a lot. Lack of sleep is not fun.
