Shooting Star Photography

I love how beautiful and happy this family is! We had the perfect backdrop in a beautiful and huge (16,000 sq ft!!!) house. I decided to have Jody help me with this shoot and I was thrilled that she got some great shots too! It was fun working as a team with 2 mobile kids running around.

Wow. Seriously. Have you seen anything this cute recently? If not, look below. What a beautiful family and happy baby boy (who happens to be 2 days older than my daughter…)!

My baby used to sleep! I’m not sure why she hasn’t chosen to do that recently.

Ok, maybe I’m ready for fall. But Kate couldn’t get enough of the leaves from the one tree in our yard which has decided it’s time for autumn already!

Plus, I needed an excuse to put her in the hat I bought for client pictures her.

I had a quick session with cute 2 month old Elsie. She was adorable and even struck a pose for me. This was my favorite from the day! I promise we didn’t pose her that way!

This handsome baby boy is almost 4 months old, and I swear to you, his eyes are REALLY that blue! I didn’t doctor their color at all! He was so handsome and such a great baby during our shoot. He even conveniently took a cat nap while I was snapping away. So precious!

Guess who turned 1 yesterday? That’s right, it’s Lake!!! He had such a fun party and he loved every minute of it if you can’t tell from these pictures!

Tomorrow is Marlee’s 1st Birthday! She was absolutely adorable in her blue dress, big eyes and bright smile today. Luckily it didn’t rain on us! Can you tell we’re getting good use out of the red wagon already? She and Kate loved it! The rode around the park together in it too - so cute!

I love Sarah Kate! She was such a happy baby - and I think I had a special affinity for her since her name is the same as my daughter! Sarah Kate turned 6 months old exactly on the day of our shoot! Happy Half Birthday sweet baby girl!

I’m curious what was so funny! I must have missed it!

Mom and Dad are GT alumni! A new fan was born a 1/2 year ago!

And now for the most important part of this post-

Sarah Kate’s Mom and Dad found this lovely gem while antique shopping - a VINTAGE Radio Flyer wagon. They were so incredibly kind and generous to leave it in my possession so it now is part of the “Shooting Star Photography” legacy of props!
