Shooting Star Photography

This handsome guy was visiting with his grandparents while I was there and he couldn’t take his eyes off of them the whole time I was shooting. They swore he used up all his smiles before I got there since he was so happy to see them!

I could tell how much they loved their grandson, so I made a special storyboard for them. Hope you enjoy.

Happy Birthday Joey! These maternity pictures are a birthday present and surprise for the soon-to-be dad! Cheryl is just a few weeks away from baby Isabella’s due date is absolutely beautiful and glowing.

I was so impressed with how willing and able she was to trek around the gardens in 97 degree heat and lay in crazy spots I asked her to at this point in her pregnancy.

Perhaps the best moment of the day for me was when I was able to capture a kick!
Check out these two pictures snapped just at the perfect time. So cool! I hope this helps Cheryl remember that wonderful feeling forever, because it was my favorite part.

I first photographed Easton when he was just 4 weeks old. Now, at 12 weeks, he’s gotten bigger but is still just as adorable and handsome!

When they arrived for our photoshoot, Easton was sound asleep and so comfy in his carseat. I hated waking him up to take pictures, but it didn’t seem to bother him! He was all smiles and laughter with his beautiful mother for the rest of our shoot.

I am done proofing Stefanie’s maternity pictures and I couldn’t help but brag on these pictures Kenny took. Nice work!

I was updating my schedule on my website and realized I only have about 20 spots left for the remainder of the YEAR. It’s July. No really, we have like 5 more months left this year. Aggh!

So, this led me to start thinking about Holiday cards and pictures and clients that will want Holiday Cards with pictures!

Saturday, November 15th, 2008 I will be holding mini-sessions.

What is a mini-session? It’s a “short shoot” where you bring your child (up to 3 children and 2 adults per session) and my husband and I will shoot your family during the allotted time at the location I chose. You are guaranteed at least 10-15 edited full resolution shots on a CD to be delivered within 2 weeks (if not sooner) of our session - just in time for Holiday cards! All this for $100.

I expect these spots to fill up quickly. I promise the location will be well thought out and and you’ll be glad you have these pictures!

This beautiful woman and her husband are expecting a baby boy in mid-September. We had so much fun on our shoot this morning even though we were in scorching heat by the time we were done! My baby LOVED Stefanie and kept trying to give her kisses… My husband was there to stroll Kate around while I shot and even snapped a few shoots t00 with the other camera. One of his pictures is below if anyone wants to guess which one - but it’s so good that I bet only Stefanie and Jose will know!

William is such a cutie, it’s impossible to take a bad picture of him. He was all smiles and fun today at the park with his beautiful parents. It’s not hard to tell where he got his good looks from :).

The first picture posted here is now one of my favorites and will be added to the portfolio - stat! Thanks for being such a handsome boy and a great model, William. Hope to see you again soon!

1 year old Griffin had a ball at the park with his parents this morning. If you can’t tell, this happy and adorable boy was hamming it up for the camera. There were times when I swore he was posing for me!
